I finally made the beef stew today. The photo doesn’t do it justice, it was delicious. This is really easy to make, the prep is what takes the longest. I guess that is true of most things….

I haven’t had homemade beef stew in years.. That’s one thing I miss.
I had a recipe for bourbon and wine that was awesome, I can’t find it but this was really good. I can give you the recipe. Can you cook in your moving home?
