Small Victories – A new cookbook
I really enjoy reading cookbooks, looking at ideas and photography. So, when I came upon Small Victories I was totally enamored with it.
Each recipe comes with the reason it is a small victory. I love a life full of small victories, don’t you? She gives you the story, then the recipe then some other options for other times you want to prepare.
The beginning of the book, there is a section that explains things you definitely need to cook, like utensils. Three basic knives and the micro planer you see here.
I love the photography also! If you get a chance please look at this cookbook. I would also recommend this for a gift.

Eclipse
Well, I tried again, to no avail. 
So many power lines, so, I moved up the street.
That is the moon. I need to shoot it much slower.
I will work on this and get much better. Hope someone had a better view!

Change your Mind
