Roasting Veggies

I have roasted and grilled zucchini before, Unknown-1 With garlic and parmesan cheese.

But other squashes roast so well too! Butternut, acorn so many to choose from. Use garlic and olive oil or coconut oil. images-1

Brussel sprouts are great too. Roast for 15 minutes at 400. Then cover with grated parmesan. You can also sprinkle with balsamic oil. These are so versatile and scrumptious. images

Carotts are great too. Unknown-3 It is a great way to get your kids to eat them too. Trust me and try it. It will become the summer of roasted veggies for ALL!!!

They are fun and very easy to make, but I need to put the magnet on the back on with some cement and not elmers glue.


There are all kind of moms. The moms that I personally know are the greatest people ever. They are all caring, fair, loving, stern, funny and unbelievably great people and great mothers. It is an extremely hard job. You know who you are! I love you all!

I admire and love them all and I wish them a Happy Mother’s Day.
