I made these because someone keeps sending my neighbor these great pecans. He died about 10 years ago. I know he would want to share with the neighbors, so, I make cookies and share them.

I also made Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies…

I personally like oatmeal raisin but these were special for my neighbor’s daughter. They were very crunchy…

Honestly, I love cooking, baking is a little different. It is a tough task master…

But I love giving people nice baked goods as gifts…
