Boiled some rigatoni noodles, it’s what I had.
Onions, celery, garlic sautéd, spicy turkey sausage browned, a little beer cooked down, crushed fire roasted tomatoes added chopped fresh basil added, red pepper flakes added.
Mix some ricotta cheese and shredded mozzarella into the hot pasta cover with the tomato meat mixture.
Cover with some parmesan cheese and some more of the mozzarella.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
