Boiled some rigatoni noodles, it’s what I had.

Onions, celery, garlic sautéd, spicy turkey sausage browned, a little beer cooked down, crushed fire roasted tomatoes added chopped fresh basil added, red pepper flakes added.

Mix some ricotta cheese and shredded mozzarella into the hot pasta cover with the tomato meat mixture.

Cover with some parmesan cheese and some more of the mozzarella.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

This Princess just turned 16. Wow, where does the time go?

The truth about birthdays is that it’s for the kids, it’s about the happiness of the children, that’s it…

And cupcakes…

Oh and one huge rice krispy cake!

I have not had a new purse in probably over 4 years, which is really not a big deal. I carry my backpack everywhere, so I can have my camera handy at all times. I saw this cute little bag and had to get it. It is small and I have a camera bag for the camera. 

We will see if I can adjust back….

My grandfather made the checkerboard. That’s me in the gold frame, and my sister and my grandmother in the brown frame and my sister and I with a neighbor in the Winnie the Pooh frame.

My grandfather, my mother’s father painted amazing paint by numbers paintings. He was in the Navy for most of his life. He was a very private man and seemed rather cold. It takes all kinds I suppose. I have no idea what he had seen or been through though.
