Heat up some grape seed oil, and chop up half an onion. I added a part of a green bell pepper I had in the fridge too and three brussel sprouts chopped up. (at this point add whatever you want, celery, carrots, zucchini etc..)
I sprinkled some cumin in, it smells so great. Now, I added some mushrooms..
Add ground turkey or ground beef or just whatever protein you like or not…
Next is the easiest but most important part, this is what makes all great stir fries, one tablespoon of cornstarch with 1/4 cup soy sauce and about 2/3 cup of warm water. Stir into meat and veggie mixture.
While that is marrying chop a scallion and get your lettuce ready. I used Boston, but you can use any kind of lettuce you have.
Then put it all together and enjoy. It is really scrumptious!!!
