Yes, it was yesterday but I had to tell you about something I ate. I was craving a caesar salad. I went to Eataly, an Italian restaurant near my house. I had a really bad experience there but it had been a while, so, I thought I would give them another try. Okay, I got in and ordered a cup of the pasta fagioli and the margherita pizza. Not a caesar salad I know but look…

Words cannot tell you how great this pizza is. The crust is perfect, just a little sweet and salty! Really fresh smooth mozzarella cheese, the basil is what makes it though.

I know people think a pizza can’t be great without pepperoni or some other meat, but just try it. I promise it is great!

I love broccoli.

I like to steam the broccoli in chicken broth with some lemon pepper and garlic. Save the broth, to use again. Save the rest of the broccoli stem to make chicken broth with chicken bones roasted.

This is one of my all time favorite photos! My friend Susan adopted her first child from China. She and her husband went and adopted their second child from China. Their first child was not happy with sharing her mom.

Now I am intrigued with changes I can make.

I love photography and experimenting with it. It is so different then in a dark room. That was a blast. It has always been fun editing on the computer too.
