Walking along the trail I noticed this community garden, so I thought I would check it out.It is Medlock Park Garden. So cute that a community has come together to plant a garden. So is this Kitchie or just creepy?
I will be interested in what will go in the garden in the spring.

Kittredge Park is behind Kittredge School, now the International School. It has a really nice walking trail. It is through a park behind the ball parks and swimming pool. Now that the weather is crisp and cool it was truly a lovely walk and a tiny bit challenging. It really is amazing how many trails are right here in the middle of our crazy city. This is at the top of the trail. A cool place to sit. Then there is Olivia’s trail.Who is Olivia and where is the bridge at the end of her trail? Coop and I had to jump the creek. It was an awesome hike. Let me know if you know who Olivia is and why?
The Fall Festival on Ponce is an excellent Staycation idea for the whole family. They had so many rides and bouncy things and very happy children. There were a lot of super nice vendors with all kinds of artwork. It helped that the weather was super nice.
We saw two other King Charles Spaniels today also. They were tricolor King Charles. Oh and this cool artist I met told me the King Charles Spaniel is the most painted dog in history, because Kings owned them and all had portraits of themselves painted.
They had a few food trucks too. This festival is held in the fall and in the spring. There are a tone of fall festivals for you to enjoy during your Staycation.
Today the weather was perfect and the traffic wasn’t too bad. So I drove down, went to a kiosk and purchased tickets, it is so incredibly easy. Oh and you can get tickets for as little as $10.00. Staycationwise, you could bring in your own food and water and not spend that much for a fun day for your family. This was this adorable guy’s first baseball game. He was so cute.We were up at Sky Field. (I had never been)Look at these big ole coke bottle adirondack chairs. That is a full grown Dodgers fan sitting there. Pretty funny, huh?
Then down to the outfield for a Holeman & Finch burger. Yahoo. My photo doesn’t do it justice. It is so good and Kevin Gillespie was right behind me in line. He is chef/owner Gunshow, he was on Top Chef. Just from watching Top Chef he was a fan favorite and a really nice guy.
I think a Braves game is one of the most perfect staycation idea, even if the Braves lose. (Which they did)
