Surely not everyone was Kung Fu Fighting???

I love soup! I decided to try a new diet, I am calling the soup diet. I hate the term diet. Growing up my sister and I tried every diet known to man. We really loved the Ice Cream Diet. We ate nothing but ice cream for two weeks. Yes we lost weight and we didn’t care for ice cream for a while. I believe you should just eat well, eat less and exercise more.

But for my soup diet, I thought i would eat a bowl or cup of soup for one meal every day.

Did it work? Of course it works, it makes sense though. Eat less, move more.

Oh, the soups have to be homemade, or restaurant made, so you can control the amount of everything going in it!

1. If you lay on your side when you sleep you will have more wrinkles on your face and neck.
2. Walmart and Amazon would like to rule the world. That is one reason Amazon bought Whole Foods. Walmart is experimenting in modifying food. Walmart invented a cantaloupe that stays sweet year round, and tomatoes that can ship long distances without rotting. They have created a fruit punch flavored pickle – called a Tropickle. 
3. A sloth takes 2 weeks to digest the food he’s eaten. 

I went back to visit Punkin again today. She hasn’t been going out a lot since she’s moved.  So, it was a beautiful day and I let her out into the backyard.

Then jump on the roof and then jump onto the garage.

She was enjoying her time in the sun.  I talked her down after about a half hour.

I finally got her back inside and she decided she was thirsty!

We had to go visit Punkin, the Lil Kitty from next door moved. Bradley Cooper has missed her so much!

So of course she wanted to show us her new backyard. She takes credit for all of the decorating. She is one pushy Kitty, I guess that’s why Coop loves her so!

Coopie loves what she has done with the place. I miss my neighbors as much as Coop does, but the house is super cute!

When you have leftover chicken cacciatore what do you do? Make a Pie!
