Here is my super secret collard green recipe, enjoy! Take 16 ounces fresh Collards or you can use Turnip Greens too. Boil them for 45 minutes with water to about half of the way in the pot, like this Now grab a cup of tea.
Chop up a small onion and a couple of cloves of garlic.
If you have a small, mini food processor take a bout 4 chile de arbol pods and put them in and grind them up.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and the onions garlic and ground chile de arbol. Drain the water off of the greens add a half of a jar of Herdez salsa, hot! to the greens.
