Traveling to Buford Highway in Atlanta is always an adventure. I decided on this restaurant.
We get the medium ribeye Pho.
Then you can add any condiment from the middle of the table.
You can add bean sprouts and jalapeños and cilantro.
I will have to take you to some different cuisines! Let me know what you would like to see/eat.
I read that the best restaurants are those little ones in a strip mall. They have less rent to pay but couldn’t stay open unless people liked them. This one sounds like a winner!
An interesting philosophy, I think it makes sense.
It is pretty amazing to see all the great variety of food available now (and all rather tasty) versus the scene 25 years ago (of course as a kid, all I ever looked for were the golden arches…).
