Vitamin “G”

This is perhaps the most important vitamin you can take, vitamin “G” is gratitude.  Studies show people that show gratitude have a better attitude, and lower signs of depression.

Daily you should write down 3 things you are grateful for, it can be your eyes, your dog, your partner, clean water, sunshine…etc…

  1. I am so going to do this. Today I am grateful for my hubby (who spent most of his day off hunting for a friends dog who went missing), our dog, who gets me outside for walks, and my blog because it keeps my mind working.
