This started out as a run by the grocery store to see if they had any great bargains. One chicken breast for $1.50. Sold!
When I got home I started thinking about what I should make. I had some veggies that would start going bad, broccoli, a few brussel sprouts, two carrots and I added in some celery onions and mushrooms.
I marinated the chicken breast in soy sauce lime garlic and olive oil. Then I put a little oil in the wok with chili oil, sesame oil and added the chicken.
Took the chicken out and added in the veggies.
cook for a while…then mix some cornstarch with soy sauce and a little hot water and pour into this, then add the chicken back in and voila!
It was delicious!
I love making stir-fries like this – just throw in what you have and voila, you have a great tasting, fresh and healthy meal. Thanks for sharing!
I forget just how easy it is.
Yummmmm!
It was!
