(Summer Fun!)
Sometimes when it’s a holiday weekend, I forget it’s Meatless Monday. Luckily, my subconscious took over and I had a half of a tomato sandwich for breakfast.
For lunch, I went to Mediterranean Grill. I had never been before, but you know the menu. So, I got the falafel pita. It was delicious!
For dinner, I made a boca burger and a yummy bite size caprese salad. Start with fresh ripe tomatoes.

cut up and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Then tear up fresh basil, smelling so aromatic. Finally top with mozzarella cheese.

So, fresh and scrumptious! Get some good Mozza though…

If we walk quietly with our eyes open, beauty is all around us.

What does this look like to you?

There was one trail off of the park at Mason Mill and they built some off shoots off of it, but now they created a whole new trail.
It’s mostly all boardwalk and it runs next to the railroad.

It really is an amazing architectural piece.

There is plenty of wildlife, it runs next to and over creeks.

It is a great new addition.

Three years ago, Bradley Cooper came into my life. Such a sweet boy!
I love a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich like nobody else. Can you imagine being the first human being who put together peanut butter and jelly on bread and tasted that slice of heaven for the first time?
Can you even imagine the amount of utter delight? Then the need to share, the need to show off this unbelievable combination.
Growing up my mother came up with so many other combinations with peanut butter, peanut butter and butter, peanut butter and raisins, peanut butter and apple butter, peanut butter and pretzels, peanut butter and honey (this one I liked), the worst was peanut butter and baco bits. My mother was not a morning person and all this lunch making was new to her. She tried her best.

A gorgeous day, a great day for a trip to the airport.

So, do you get it? Why do we like to watch planes take off and land and ships launch and dock?
That building is part of the CDC.

There is a great little play area there too, where grandpa’s push their grandkids really high!

And a beautiful Magnolia Tree!
