Greens for the New Year

In the south we eat Collard Greens and Black eyed peas for good luck and prosperity in the new year. On New Years Day the number of peas you eat will be the number of days that will be lucky in the new year.

There is a cardboard wreath underneath the teabags and that is covered in wrapping paper. Then just clip the teabags all around.
