Coop and I headed out to Piedmont Park, it was a beautiful day! This is a great destination for Staycationers. We like to park off of Piedmont Road and walk through the park on the way to the Dog Park.
Coop liked the walk, didn’t know what to do at the park, then he got mad when another dog stole his tennis ball (it squeaks and it is small)
It was a great time for all.

Atlanta’s Historic Fourth Ward Park
Staycationers will definitely enjoy a visit to this wonderful park located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward behind Ponce City Market and stretches south to Freedom Parkway and the Carter Center.
This was the site of the old Ponce de Leon Amusement Park and it butts up to the BeltLine Trail.
It was a gorgeous day. The playground is one of the nicest I have seen.
This mural was down the street from the park, interesting.
This park has really changed this area, it really used to be a scary part of town. The BeltLine trail has had an amazing effect on the city too!
