Meet Macy and Murphy…
My friends Ed and Wilson had some neighbors over yesterday afternoon.
Macy and Murphy are their pups and wonderful hosts…

Aren’t they adorable?

I was playing with B/W photography vs sepia tone and antique. These are the black and whites I liked from my visit to Krog St. Market.

My niece, Ella and her cousin, Joe Bear at the time, Joe now….This was at Turner Field…

Can’t wait to show you the new field, Suntrust Park. It is beautiful….another day.

It automatically makes you feel better….

It makes everyone around you feel good too….

It makes your eyes twinkle, it also helps when you have beautiful eyes, which we all do!

If each of us gives a little more love around, it will help this crazy ole world!

Yes, and people will wonder what you have been up to….

My neighbor, Josi, adopted a new rescue! His name is Mr. Conner Bear. He is beautiful, sweet and 10 years old, just a pup!
He was adopted from Adopt a Golden Atlanta. He was rescued from Turkey. AGA rescues these poor pups from Turkey. The goldens are adopted as puppies and then when they are older, they are let go into the streets or forests. There are people that rescue them in Turkey but there are just too many, and because of their breed, so loving and sweet they cannot fend for themselves. So AGA heard about it and has rescued a lot of these dogs and there are other rescues around the country doing this also. (Please google Turkey Dogs for more info)
But C.Bear is a great new neighbor and we love him very much. Punkin is getting used to him too.

Here is what happened last week. On Thursday a fire started underneath one of Atlanta’s major highways during rush hour.
The heat was so intense that the expressway collapsed. This is I-85 going north out of downtown Atlanta. This is an extremely busy stretch of road. The fire also damaged the southbound lane. So traffic is diverted off of this huge portion of the expressway. More than 250,000 vehicles travel on these stretches of the expressway every day. As you can imagine side streets are jammed. The fire happened last Thursday and it is still crazy busy on all the side streets with the interstate closure. I-285 is the alternate way they are telling you to get around, but, that has to be like a parking lot.
