A super fun Staycation getaway. 
There are a dozen, at least, different places to eat. Some fancy some not so…but so far all I have tried so good! 
Go grab a margarita here…
really good. Really strong!
The interior of Krog Street Market is industrial. 
It is a great place to visit, you really need to go!
To be honest, I have been working on this one for a while. I have two favorites, so, that was making it tough. Fox Bros. BBQ and Community Q are my favorites. 
and 
Fox Bros. has the Totinator – 
Tatertots covered in Brisket chili and smothered in cheese. They have awesome wings too.
They also have fried ribs, yep, how wonderful….
Then I love Community Q’s BarBQue too. Their ribs are great
and I love their brisket. The BEST thing they have is the Mac n Cheese…
It’s this longer thicker rigatoni pasta with so much cheese gooeyness. It will bring tears to your eyes.
But then I had my eye on The Greater Good BBQ in Tucker. 
Their ribs are amazing. I order them dry, because I want to taste the smoke, then if I want to sauce them I can pick the amount and flavor. I didn’t try their mac n cheese. But their greens are the best I have had in town.
Their onion rings were awesome also…
They were light but held together to the bite.
The recap is this, I have to pick in order of the best ribs, #1 – Fox Brothers, #2 – The Greater Good, #3 – Community Q.
(I did try DBA BBQ today and their ribs are a little dry, but, they have the best fried pickles I have ever had, with two pieces of fried bacon on top OMG)
It was a beautiful day for a Braves game. This is the last season the Braves will be playing at Turner Field. Next year they move out to Cobb county to a gorgeous new complex, SunTrust Field. (I still like this stadium)
So, I went to a kiosk to purchase a ticket. Got it, got in, got seated. There were a lot of groups of children all over. You could tell by their matching t-shirts.
So, I thought, that’s nice, but I am out here alone in the outfield. Then they descended on me about at least 50 kids all around me and I ended up helping to give out the box lunches.Then I had to get out of there. Too many too hot too much. I went to grab lunch.
I went to get The Holeman and Finch cheeseburger.
So mushy yummy gooey good!
Housemade pickles, two beef patties cheese and mustard and ketchup on a buttered toasted bun. This is an excellent burger, you can get this at Ponce City Market also. (And at Holeman and Finch, the restaurant)
I watched the next few innings I watched standing up. A nice couple asked me to take their photo. I did and he said I was a natural. Thank you!

My neighbor Josi has her niece and nephew spending the weekend with her, along with their friend Kelly. They invited me to go walk on the belt line with them this afternoon.
So, off we went…
There was a drummer and a sax player playing some music. Oakley really heard the beat and loved it.

She was having a blast.

This is an old photo of my niece and Ben and me. My niece is about to turn 16 this month. Time flies!
My family would spend every summer vacation with my Grandparents in Townbank, NJ( just outside of Cape May) We would have Christmas in July. My Grandfather would decorate this huge pin oak tree with paper lanterns. It was beautiful and so fun! And he would let me help!
The other day I found some paper lanterns I bought years ago, so I did this….
I made me smile!
I have this in front of my house, (that is my neighbor’s house).
So I got this to shoot some hoops!
Then a robin built this.
I was over at my neighbor Josi’s home and noticed her beautiful container gardens. 
Yes that is a bicycle basket planter. 
Clever and so cute!
