We started on the trail and came upon this tree. It had about 15 ornaments and some red garland and gold garland. I think I will take an ornament on my walk tomorrow to add to the tree.
The beautiful red berries on the bushes are natures decoration.
These lovely little flowers decorated the path.
This Hairy Woodpecker was busy at work.
Whoops something is wrong with the picture. Merry Christmas to all!!!

Autumn on the Trail, on Halloween….
Sticking Your Tongue Out
Mason Mill Park, and we went off trail….
Fall is in the air and I love Mason Mill Park. There is the Garden.
They have a senior center and a great playground that is always crowded.
Coop loves it!
Then we headed down the trail.
Here is some of the colorful graffiti. I will try and get some photos of some more of it. Anyway, then there is this tree….
this tree sticks its tongue out at me every time we pass it. To continue our walk, we decided to go off trail, on a very safe looking trail.
Oh whoops before we went off trail we spotted a turtle. Now off trail,
this is where we went. It went along the railroad track.
It ends out here….
In the neighborhood. which way should I go?
Sprig Restaurant and a new trail, who knew?
So, I went to Sprig Restaurant for lunch, it was so very good! I had the veggie plate.
Collard greens, spinach and mashed potatoes with corn bread. It was awesome. Service could not have been better.
Great comfy bar too! I really liked the feel of this place. Then going out to my car I noticed this,
Frazier Rowe Park, right nest to this restaurant, a trail.
It took about 15 minutes to walk and I was deep in too.
It was well marked and a fun little hike, but how many more of these are out there? It is so fun!
This was on the bridge. Well I have to go walk now. Searching for a new trail.
A New Trail to The Four Seasons Food Truck
This was a concrete trail, in midtown Atlanta.
I parked in a parking deck, where the CB 2 (Crate and Barrel 2) resides.
Then out to the street, Crescent Avenue. This is a road of really good restaurants.

Then on to the Four Seasons Hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel in Midtown Atlanta. The Food Truck was in the parking lot.
They started their trip on September 15th and they will be in Atlanta all week. I had the Savannah Crab Cake Sandwich with Cheesy tater tots with green onions. My first bite of the sandwich I was kinda like it’s okay, but two more bites into it, it was delicious. I ate the whole thing.
You have to go and try this and let me know what you think!
Just a lovely hike!
Kittredge Park, a really nice trail!
Kittredge Park is behind Kittredge School, now the International School. It has a really nice walking trail.
It is through a park behind the ball parks and swimming pool.
Now that the weather is crisp and cool it was truly a lovely walk and a tiny bit challenging.
It really is amazing how many trails are right here in the middle of our crazy city.
This is at the top of the trail. A cool place to sit. Then there is Olivia’s trail.
Who is Olivia and where is the bridge at the end of her trail? Coop and I had to jump the creek. It was an awesome hike. Let me know if you know who Olivia is and why?
North Fork Creekside Trail
This is a fairly new trail and kinda just down the street from us. The name pretty much explains it all. It starts at Cheshire Bridge Road and ends at LaVista, or vice versa.
Coop really likes this trail.
The trail goes along the creek and the expressway, so as far as peaceful, not so much.
Cool bridge crosses the river.
It’s about a mile long.
This is where it ends or begins!
Wow Morningside Nature Preserve!
I have to be honest, when I first got here I had my doubts.
This was part of the beginning view. Hmm, I am not sure how great this is going to be, but boy was I wrong!
Happy to get going.
It is a spectacular trail in the middle of the city.
It actually turns into a real trail. With a cool bridge.
Right in the middle of it. Then it ends here.
So, you have to go back.
This was one of my favorite places I have found yet.
Have you been here? Did you like it?
