Pho Bac
Today’s comfort food is Pho from Pho Bac on Buford Highway across from the CDC
This is the most craveable dish in town.
They bring you a plate of sprouts and basil and jalapeños.
If you see that little bowl next to the plate it is filled with Chili sauce that I dip the steak from the pho into, yummy!
You can add any of these to help flavor your pho but I love the richness of the broth as is.

Matthew’s Cafeteria
It’s another overcast chilly day in Atlanta. So what’s a girl to do? Go get some comfort food. Some down home country cooking at Matthew’s Cafeteria in Tucker, GA. 
It is located in Downtown Tucker. They serve a meat and two and sweet tea (but I noticed they are serving Lemonade also and unsweet tea).
This is just yummy comfort food.
This is Salisbury Steak and green beans and mashed potatoes, along with sweet tea mixed with unsweet tea.
This was featured a few years ago on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive Ins and Dives.

The Northside BeltLine Trail
Another day another trail….
All around Atlanta there are BeltLine Trails. This one is about a mile long and runs from Bobby Jones Golf Course 
This is a running, biking and walking path. The path runs along Tanyard Creek.
There are two great playgrounds an open field that turns into a dog park when people get off of work. It goes underneath a railroad trestle.
(This is actually the Atlanta BeltLine Railroad corridor)
It then goes through Ardmore Park 
You can walk up to Ardmore Road and then go up to Peachtree Road and follow it back down to Colonial Hills Road and complete the loop. 
I will show you some more trails this year, whew there are so many.
Walking the Trail Again
It has been so rainy for so long in Atlanta, it was so beautiful today. 
The trail starts out on a sidewalk and changes over to a boardwalk through the trees.
It is so peaceful and tranquil. 
I should do a video so I can walk you through the trail with me. 
Then there is this really cool tree. It is the kind of tree that looks like it will come alive and grab you. Unlike the tree that sticks its tongue out.
Pho
This past year my neighbor, Will introduced me to Pho. 
We go to Pho Bac on Buford Highway. It is so unbelievably delicious! It is so craveable! So, I took my friend Paula there for lunch. It’s noodles, it’s soup what not to love right?
It has a diverse clientele. Let me know if you want me to take you there…
Coop Fell Off Of the Wall
Coop fell off of the wall this morning, but, he is okay. He scratched his chin. I think it scared me more than him.
